What We Offer

IBN Group Pty Ltd (IBN) provides focus, direction and results

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) & Development Services.

IBN specializes in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) through tailoring a range of international business services to each of our clients.  We do this in full consultation with our clients by designing, implementing and coordinating the development of sales & distribution channels.  We finally manage the outcomes to maximise our clients successes.

Strategic planning that is tailored for each client is the core strength of our international business development service.

In the event that a client wishes to implement its own strategies on the ground then IBN is still able to provide licensing and legal services.

Established Global Infrastructure

IBN's geographic positioning has been strategically planned to optimize the commercial presence of our international client base.   This has been achieved through the establishment of practical Business Centres that are staffed by highly skilled management teams that are made up of dedicated local industry specialists, with local knowledge of the business culture, business environment, language and local regulatory requirements - frequently the key to success in international business.

A unique aspect of IBN is that we do not operate a pool of industry specialists from which we draw upon and allocate to new clients.    For each client we carefully identify and appoint client-specific representatives (our clients participate in this entire process).  Like the management teams, these client-specific representatives are appointed in accordance with individual client needs to maximize the market penetration options of each client.

Strategic & Economic Advantage

IBN is able to demonstrate unequivocal strategic and economic advantage for all our clients.  IBN provides a soft market entry through easement to the new market environment.    International business conducted either remotely or through briefcases and hotels is not cost effective and in many cases can be damaging to the client and their credibility.  IBN's initial market entry results achieved within 6 - 12 months are what most companies hope to achieve after 2-3 years.

Central Management

All IBN's International Business Centres and most importantly, our total client services, are centrally managed and coordinated through our Head Office in consultation with each respective regional International Business Centre.  IBN's clients are an important part of our total management structure and participate in all aspects of the business development.
